  • Why was Videogym Training created?

At the beginning of the pandemic, we were approached by Kerri, a friend who owns Pilates Body Shop. Kerri wanted to start creating videos for her clients stuck at home, but it was cost prohibitive to for her to hire a production team every time she wanted to create a video. She asked us to teach her how to create videos as a one-woman-team, and at that moment, we decided to create a course for others in the same situation as Kerri. Videogym Training was born! We hope this video production course helps other studio owners and workout trainers start creating video content to scale their fitness business.

  • Who is this course for and what do I need to get started?

This course is most beneficial to people with limited to no professional video production experience. However, people with some experience may find value in this course as we discuss the best tips and practices related to fitness video production specifically. No fancy equipment is required to get started. All you need is a phone, tablet, or laptop with a camera.
